It’s love month, and we’re kicking off February with our #LAVB Ignite theme.
This month, we're focusing on radical self-love and igniting a deeper connection within our bodies. We'll be sculpting and toning through intentional training, while nourishing our bodies with nutrition that supports our hormones and overall balance.
February is all about making mindful choices that help us feel good inside and out, creating habits that build us up each day, and fostering a positive group dynamic where we support each other, wherever we find ourselves in our own journey.
Here’s what we’ll focus on over the next 28 days:
💪 Sculpt & Tone: We'll focus on hypertrophy training—emphasizing time under tension to build lean muscle, increase strength, and tone the body. These workouts are designed to help you connect mentally with your body, reducing stress and promoting better hormonal balance as we build muscle.
🧘♀️ Happy Hormones: Nutrition will play a key role in balancing hormones, with intentional food choices to support mood, energy, and vitality. We’ll focus on foods that nourish your body and help optimize your hormones, so you feel more balanced and energized throughout the month.
💖 Self-Love & Acceptance: This month, we’ll embrace self-love through intentional daily habits, mindset activities, and affirmations. It’s about honoring your body and recognizing your own strength, while building habits that allow you to connect with yourself on a deeper level.
This Ignite Edition isn’t just about how we look—it’s about how we feel. By aligning our workouts and nutrition with our body’s needs, we’ll fuel your transformation from the inside out, promoting strength, confidence, and balance. Whether your goal is a leaner physique, more energy, or a deeper connection to your body, this month’s program is designed to support you through every step.
Here’s How It Works:
You’ll fill out a lifestyle questionnaire where I’ll learn all about you—your fitness level, workout preferences, goals, and any dietary or equipment needs. Based on this info, I’ll customize your LAVB Ignite program—tailoring the meal plans, workouts, and habits to support you in achieving your goals.
You’ll also be part of our IG squad group chat, where we’ll support each other, share daily insights, engage in challenges, and check in on our progress. And of course, I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on every step of the way!
