π May Challenge Registration Now Open - Begins May 8th.

The success of our April Spring Challenge showed me that we have an incredible opportunity to keep the momentum going within our community - and that's exactly what we're going to do!
Introducing #LAVirtualBootcamps, my new series of 30-Day Group Challenges that Iβll be designing to focus on habit building, mindfulness, personal development, fitness, nutrition and education.
It will be accountability with community.
My vision is for these challenges to bring us all closer together while helping us achieve our individual goals and feel our best.
It's easier to make changes when you do it alongside others, when you know that other people are in the boat with you, cheering you on, and when you are being held accountable by a group of women just like you!
The coolest part about these Virtual Bootcamps is that we will all do the workouts on our own schedule and in our own way, yet also together.
How it works is you will each get your own Lifestyle Platform, but what I love the most about these challenges is that they are completely customizable to each person's fitness level, equipment available, and desired outcome.
Each workout has 3-4 options for each exercise, so we can all do the workouts together, but everyone's will be slightly unique.
You'll also get customized nutrition targets and a foundation meal plan designed with foods you love. This will be based on a conversation with me prior to your initial setup; you tell me the foods you love, and I help you create a daily menu.
In week 3, you will attempt to build your own perfect meal plan using your meal plan builder section, and I will review and give you feedback.
Throughout the 30 days, I will be available for questions in the group chat, and I will be dropping two educational videos throughout the month, as well as infographics, challenges, prizes, and daily journal prompts!
The May challenge begins on Monday, May 8th. I will be setting up the group chat on the 5th and sending everyone's platforms on the 6th/7th, along with a video tutorial of how to use your platform.
